Recommended Dose (Adults):
1 teaspoon 3 times per day, as infusion. Infuse 1 teaspoon in one cup of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes, filter.
Each teaspoon contains 1.5g dried herb top of Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm).
Duration of use:
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Known Adverse Reaction:
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.
